Housed in an expanded Edo Period (1603-1868) building, while one part of Izumiya is rennovated, guests are welcome to experience the nostalgic ease and of an old Japanese house, and its secluded baths.
Izumiya has even been featured on Lonely Planet as a relaxing and historical onsen inn.
