    See the “Hagi yaki” pottery and ukiyo-e woodblock prints at the Hagi Museum

    Opened in 1996, the Hagi Museum displays beautiful pieces of oriental ceramics and “ukiyo-e” woodblock prints (also known as “images of the floating world”). Works on display include reknowned woodblock artists such as Utagawa Hiroshige, Katsushika Hokusai, Utagawa Kuniyoshi, and many exquisite examples of Hagi-style pottery.
