Soba (Buckwheat noodle) Making

The lowlands surrounding Nagato's Tawarayama Onsen is an agriculturally rich area that has long been cultivated by local residents. Local Tawarayama buckwheat, in particular, is prized for its rich, nutty flavor. Ground buckwheat powder is used to make delicious soba noodles, and now you can try your hand at making them, too!
Learn about how the locals cultivate buckwheat, and of course, get to taste a bowl of your own noodles!
